Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The TVHS Alvin C. York Campus requires construction services to upgrade its Energy Management and Building Automation System, including converting to a Native DDC system, installing a fiber optic backbone, and replacing controls. The estimated construction budget is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or by March 31, 2026. Questions will only be addressed in writing via email after the solicitation is released.
