Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for architectural and engineering design services to replace approximately 30,000 linear feet of domestic water and fire mains and main backflow devices. The project is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The construction budget for the project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000, and the A/E design must be developed for a total construction budget of approximately $9.8 million. The primary performance location is the historic York Campus of the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN, with additional work at the Nashville Campus. The selected firm will provide full design services, including surveys, construction documents, and construction period services.
