This is a pre-solicitation notice for a construction project to replace approximately 24,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer and 44,000 linear feet of storm sewer piping at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The project has an estimated magnitude between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 and is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The base execution period for the work is 485 calendar days. The scope includes full demolition, excavation, installation, and site restoration to provide a complete, functional underground sewer system.
