The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing bat-exclusion services at Building 13, the Historic Chapel, located at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The required work includes sealing potential bat entry points, installing bat cones for one-way exit, returning one to two weeks later to remove the cones and permanently seal the remaining openings, and providing a one-year warranty. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, tools, and equipment, with additional details provided in a Statement of Work. Interested businesses are asked to submit company information, size and socioeconomic status (including SDVOSB/VOSB certification), confirmation of capability to perform the entire requirement, and any questions or recommended changes. A response to this notice does not constitute a bid offer, and respondents will not be reimbursed for preparation costs.
