Inactive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The requirement involves the removal of five mature hazardous trees that are dead, hollow, and structurally compromised. The trees are located in close proximity to buildings, pedestrian walkways, hospital signage, parked vehicles, electrical transformers, and other critical infrastructure at the Alvin C. York VAMC, 3400 Lebanon Pike Rd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Due to the trees' deteriorated condition and their location in occupied, high-traffic areas, immediate removal is required to eliminate safety hazards and prevent damage to property and infrastructure. An amendment to the solicitation provides government responses to contractor questions, identifies Services as the applicable category, and updates site-visit information. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.
