Quillen VA Medical Center 809 Lamont St. Corner of Lamont Street and Veterans Way Mountain Home TN 37684-0002 Washington County  Project Point of Contact: Julio Gonzalez julio.gonzalez@va.gov  Anticipated date of Solicitation issue: 12/4/2025. Anticipated solicitation response due date: 12/11/2025. Anticipated award date: 12/17/2025.  The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide an initial inventory of mats in the styles, sizes and quantities; and ongoing cleaning, maintenance and replacement services at the Veterans Health Administration Facilities indicated.  The contemplated period of performance is a one-year base, plus four option years for renewal.  The solicitation package will be issued via email IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.201-1(c)(2).
