This project involves campus-wide striping and painting services at the James H. Quillen Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Mt. Home, including re-striping parking lots and installing a new 65' x 5' concrete walkway. The performance period is 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The work includes refreshing all pavement markings, preparing surfaces, installing ADA Access Early Warning Tiles, and managing traffic and safety during the project. The scope explicitly excludes major pavement repairs.
