Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

The TVHS, Alvin C. York Campus requires construction services to upgrade its Energy Management and Building Automation System, including converting to a Native BACnet DDC system, installing a fiber optic backbone, and replacing controls. The estimated construction budget is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or by March 31, 2026. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Contractors must be registered and certified in the SBA DSBS and SAM databases.
