On behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Robley Rex (Louisville KY) VA Medical Center (VAMC), the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources for uninterruptable power source (UPS) services for veteran patients of the Robley Rex VAMC. This market research will contribute to determining potential sources and the subsequent method of procurement used to solicit for contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238210. This SSN is issued solely for information gathering purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will not be considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Department of Veteran Affairs to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. All interested parties should submit a capabilities statement to nathan.hutchison@va.gov.
