Past Performance Questionnaires from references are due before the SF330 submissions on 29 Jan 2024. SF330s are due 5 Feb 2024. Under Past Performance Instructions it is stated that The Offeror shall only submit past performance questionnaires directly to the Contracting Officer Jeannette Morphew via email at jeannette.morphew@va.gov . On page 4 of the presolicitation notice, the following is stated: If there is no CPARS data available, Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) will be accepted. Please utilize the attached PPQ document. Complete PPQs should be incorporated into the SF330 directly. The PPQs will be counted towards the page limitations for this submission. Should PPQ s be sent directly only to the contracting officer, or to both the contracting officer and the firm to include in the firms SF330 submission. PPQs should be sent directly to the contracting officer from the review submitting the form. They are due 29 Jan 2024. Do NOT include them in the SF330 submission.
