Was that just a standard that had to be put in there? Curious since this is not set aside as a SDVOSB. Answer: Any adjustment in wording is due to the mandatory clause update from the NOV 2023 version to the FEB 2024 version. This RFP is a small business set aside. Can SDVOSB be used if an entity qualifies without causing any issued on bidding? Answer: Yes, a SDVOSB may propose under this small business set aside. One other item I noticed is there is a discrepancy from the Close date on Sam.gov and the Form 1449. Answer: The close date is accurate on the SF 1449. For a reminder, it is set for Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10 AM Central Time. All quotes shall be submitted to laura.edelman@va.gov. Are there any restrictions on how many Registered Nurses can be utilized to fulfill this need? Specifically, does this Solicitation allow for multiple PICC line insertion trained Registered Nurses to be utilized to fulfill this requirement of 24/7/365? Answer: There is no limit to the number of Registered Nurses utilized to fulfill the requirement.
