This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the Nashville VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) below. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 621111 and sized standard is $16 million. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered, and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: The Contractor shall provide Board Certified /Board Eligible Radiation Oncology Physician Services on-site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky. The Contractor s qualified Radiation Oncology physician(s) shall provide outpatient services, with a minimum of (1) 3-hour clinic session day per week and a maximum of (2) 3-hour clinic sessions per week as need is identified by VA; each clinic with a minimum of (6) patient slots and maximum of (8) patient slots. Clinic sessions, including days of the week, will be negotiated, and mutually agreed upon between Contractor and Medical Center Services will be rendered at the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206. Physicians shall meet or exceed currently recognized national standards as established by The Joint Commission (TJC), and the standards of the American Hospital Association (AHA). In addition, physicians shall comply with all Veterans Health Administration s (VHA) regulations and directives. The Contractor shall provide sufficient personnel who meet all requirements herein and who can be relied on to perform in strict accordance with the contract. The Contractor shall provide physicians who are competent, qualified, and adequately trained to perform assigned duties. At this time Robley Rex VAMC is conducting market research, and seeking to locate possible Radiation Oncology Physician Services, including any small business providers for these services. Period of Performance: Services shall be provided on site, Robley Rex VA Medical Center, located at 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206. The Contractor shall propose a maximum of five (5) key personnel to be credentialed and be available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the contracts. One FTE is defined by VA as a minimum of 80 hours every two weeks and does not include holidays.
