The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Note: This is an amendment to 36C24924Q0053 Sources Sought Notice in order to remove the 8(a) set-aside status posted on the original Sources Sought Notice and to extend the open date for responses. No determination has been made to set-aside status. Market Research is being conducted to determine any future set-aside designation and interested vendors should respond to this Sources Sought Notice and the relevant Questionnaire by December 01, 2023, 9:00AM Central Time. Questionnaires already submitted need not be resubmitted. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the Memphis VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this Sources Sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 621111 and sized standard is $16.0 million. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry https://www.va.gov/osdbu/. Additionally, all Offerors responding to a solicitation must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission. Period of Performance: Period of performance is projected to be for a base period of one (1) year with four (4) one-year ordering periods but is subject to change.
