PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project will require the selected contractor to provide all resources necessary to accomplish and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations as required per drawings and specifications at the Lexington VAHCS, Bowling Campus, Lexington, KY. 40502 for the above-mentioned Project # 596A4-19-106 Upgrade Parking Garage Lighting and Replace Parking Garage Gates. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, ceilings, lights, and necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Project involves renovation of existing entry islands, gates, and guard booth. See drawings for phasing. Electrical upgrades to lighting and directional signage. Plumbing work for new guard booth. Anticipated completion time from Notice-to-Proceed is 180 calendar days.
