THIS IS A SOLICIATION NOTICE – The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9 Central Region, 1639 Medical Center Parkway, Suite 400, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37129 is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services for the following project: Project# 603-22-101 REPLACE OR’S 1-3 SUPPLY HEADS at the Robley Rex VAMC, Louisville, KY 40206. SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 NAICS: 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $39.5 Million PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project will require the selected contractor to provide all resources necessary to accomplish and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for building operations as required per drawings and specifications at the Robley Rex VAMC, Louisville, KY 40206 for the above-mentioned Project # 603-22-101 REPLACE OR’S 1-3 SUPPLY HEADS. Work includes, but not limited to demolition, general construction, HVAC, plumbing, building envelope, electrical, and finishes. Anticipated completion time from Notice-to-Proceed is 270 calendar days for the entire project. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Apparent successful offerors must have a current VETS 4212 report on file with the Department of Labor, registered in SAM, and must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) of their SDVOSB status in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.709 by submission of documentation of veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both visible and verified by the Department of Veteran Affairs CVE at the time of submission of proposal. Failure to be both verified by CVE and visible on https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of proposal submission will result in the proposal being deemed nonresponsive.
