In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and VAAR 819.70/38 U.S.C. 8127-8128 on behalf of the Louisville VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with L1 Enterprise Incorporated (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) located at 618 West Patrick St, Frederick MD 21701. The rationale basis for the sole source acquisition is that L1 Enterprise is the only responsible source that can provide the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Karl Storz.
