Orders placed under the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) are exempt from the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 6. Renewal of full-service maintenance contract for full repair coverage with no cap for all contracted equipment, including accidental damage coverage. This also includes loaner equipment, next day shipping, online equipment history/tracking, preventative maintenance, and staff education. The anticipated award date is no later than 9/30/2023 to ensure no break in continuous service from Olympus and disruption to operations at TVHS medical services. Period of Performance: Base year 10/1/2023 through 9/30/2024 Option Year 1: 10/1/2024 through 9/30/2025 Option Year 2: 10/1/2025 through 9/30/2026 Estimated Award Value is anticipated to be less than $500.000.00 for the full 36-months of service. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
