Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the Memphis VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work (SOW) and Salient Characteristics see below Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 532490 and sized standard is $40 million. NOTE: Respondent claiming VOSB status must be registered, and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: Statement of Work To rent a MRI trailer while a new MRI is being replaced at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1030 Jefferson Ave., Memphis, TN 38104. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: GE 1.5T SIGNA Voyager G2 MR System Equipment - as per Salient Characteristics attachment Service and Preventative Maintenance Coverage (8am 9pm, M-F; injector service coverage is 8am-5pm, M-F). Transportation to and from customer's site. Set-up and Orientation of Medical Coach at customer prepared site. Quality Assurance check of the Equipment by a Manufacturer's service engineer. Site Planning Assistance. Hard drives will be removed at the end of the rental.
