The Government will issue an order to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotes will be evaluated to determine compliance with the requirements of this solicitation as follows: Price. Offerors shall provide the unit price and extended price for the item listed above. The extended price will be evaluated as the overall price.
