Solicitation 36C24923Q0357 will be issued on or about 12 June 2023. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Alvin York Murfreesboro and Nashville Campus s require Annual Fire Door Inspections and Surveys. The period of performance will be for a base year and four option years. The base year will include one (1) inspection which will take place between 08/01/2023 09/30/2023. Service includes the following: Fire and Smoke Door Inspection* Fire Stop and Above Ceiling Survey* Period of Performance for all initiatives listed in SOW: Base year, 2023, work completed between August 1, 2023, to September 30, 2023. Year 1, All work to begin within 60 calendar days of the previous year s project start date and completed by September 30, 2024. Year 2, All work to begin within 60 calendar days of the previous year s project start date and completed by September 30, 2025. Year 3, All work to begin within 60 calendars days of the previous year s project start date and completed by September 30, 2026. Year 4, All work to begin within 60 calendar days of the previous year s project start and completed by September 30, 2027. Contractor will be required to meet qualifications outlined in the solicitation, when issued, and provide reports and inspections as indicated by the statement of work. *Facility data for consideration. Total number of doors between the two facilities is 880 (280 in Murfreesboro, 600 in Nashville). Facility Data for the Fire-Stopping Survey total approx. SF 1,492,000.
