Solicitation 36C24923Q0324 will be issued on or about 02 June 2023. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, Alvin York Murfreesboro Campus requires grounds maintenance and landscaping services. The period of performance will be for a base year and four option years.Service includes Fertilizer and Herbicide Application; contractor will cover yearly applications of a pre-emerge herbicide, a total of five(5) applications to approximately 91 acres located at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Contractor will be required to meet qualifications outlined in the solicitation, when issued, and provide reports and inspections as indicated by the statement of work. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 561730, with a size standard of $9.5 million.
