The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the Robley Rex VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work (SOW) below Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 621999 and sized standard is $20.5. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered, and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform onsite Registered Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistants Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Robley Rex VA Medical Center (hereinafter referred to as VAMC). The Contractor s care shall cover the range of RN and CNA services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art health care medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality meeting or exceeding currently recognizing national standards. Period of Performance: Services shall be provided on site, Robley Rex VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY 40206. The Contractor shall propose a maximum of fourteen (14) Registered Nurses and ten (10) Certified Nursing Assistants key personnel to be credentialed and be available for scheduling to meet the requirements of the contracts. One FTE is defined by VA as a minimum of 80 hours every two weeks and does not include holidays. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK Anticipated period of performance: 10/01/2023 thru 09/30/2024.
