This market research will contribute to determining potential sources and the subsequent method of procurement used to solicit for contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621910. This SSN is issued solely for information gathering purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will not be considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Department of Veteran Affairs to form a binding contract. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. All interested parties should submit a capabilities statement to shawn.hendricks@va.gov. NOTE: Please see the attached letter from the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services which states that if an ambulance provider enters into a contract with the VA and will only be transporting eligible veteran patients then no Kentucky State license is required or Certificate of Need. The Government will require that the company be licensed in some state, it just will not have to be in Kentucky. Additionally, experience performing these critical services will be required, so please provide information on when and where your experience was obtained if you choose to respond. The Statement of Work is attached to provide necessary information on the required scope of work.
