This amendment also provides answers (Blue text) to questions asked as follows: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR RFQ 36c24923q0271 MEDMAPS BN/= INTERACTIVE TOUCH SCREEN KIOSK. How many destinations and floors are needed for wayfinding? (It will help with determining pricing) 3 areas, all main entrances to buildings 160 (4 floors), building 204 (3 floors), and building 200 (3 floors) will each have a kiosk and banner with QR code. Is an invoice needed as a part of the proposal or once awarded? Invoice once awarded following delivery and acceptance. The 5 year pricing is a better deal. Is it ok for us to include 5 year along with 1 year for better comparison? Please include 1 and 5 years absolutely include for review/cost comparison. (NOTE that the 5 year pricing may not be considered in the evaluation as not requested for this procurement initially). Can you confirm which building will be the place of performance on this campus? Is it the main hospital? Building 160, Building 200, Building 204 (all main entrances) How many buildings will require indoor maps? Three buildings, listed above. What is the square footage of each building that will require indoor maps? This is unknown.
