QUOTE FORMAT AND EVALUATION CRITERIA Offerors shall complete the above pricing schedule. Not completing the pricing will result in nonresponsive quote. Price will be evaluated based on the lowest summary price. Pricing shall be inclusive of shipping charges within each line item (not listed as a separate line item). In addition offerors shall include projected lead time for delivery of the requested items. Offerors shall provide only one quote. Award shall be made to the quoter whose quotation provides the Lowest Price, Technically acceptable, and provides the best lead-times.
