NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Network Contracting Office 9 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Arthrex, Inc. located at 1370 Creekside Blvd, Naples, FL 34108. The basis for a sole source award is that Arthrex, Inc. is the sole manufacturer of Arthrex Orthopedic Surgical Instruments, and there are no equal products available in the marketplace that meet specific salient characteristics needed for Orthopedic Surgery purposes. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
