NAICS Code 236220 is applicable to this procurement action. The small business size standard is $36.5M. The estimated range of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Seeking experienced contractors in healthcare construction, with project magnitudes of $3,000,000.00 or greater in new construction, alteration, or renovation of completed projects over the past 5 years. Experience with coordination of multiple trades working in a hospital environment during normal business operations, ensuring that care is taken to maintain ICRA measures are at all times.
