Response: The 50 surface spaces do not require fencing to provide security. 2. If the parking ratio for unreserved spaces in the building s parking lot results in VA being entitled to more than the 50 spaces required by the RLP do the spaces need to be separately identified or will VA simply accept general unreserved parking? Response: General unreserved parking is required within the immediate location of the leased space. See RLP 1.05 NEIGHBORHOOD, PARKING, LOCATION AMENITIES, AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (OCT 2021) 3. Assuming that the spaces must be separately identified, there is no requirement in the RLP or its attachments to separately fence the spaces. Please confirm this is accurate.
