NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced, open market, one year period of performance (10/1/2022 9/30/2023), contract award to Cepheid, 904 Caribbean Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089-1189. A sole source procurement will be issued to Cepheid because they are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for Various Cepheid Reagents/Consumables to use with the Cepheid GeneXpert Infinity 80 Analytical Instruments owned by the Memphis VA Medical Center. These reagents/consumables are the only cartridges compatible with the existing equipment mentioned above and owned by the Memphis VAMC. ITEM NO.
