The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.   NAICS code: 238220 and size standard is $16.5M.  NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.sam.gov.  Project requirements: The contractor is required to supply all labor and expert supervision required to maintain the outside areas as specified in the Statement of Work. Work shall be accomplished at the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Ave., Louisville, KY 40206-1499.  Objectives and Description of Work Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, material, incidentals, and expert supervision needed to: remove leaking (approx. 16ft) ductwork from AHU31, #20470. Reinstall new insulated duct piece. Work Location Robley Rex VA, Louisville KY. Bldg. 1 Roof 8A.  Project Work Tasks/Description or Work Contractor shall remove and replace rigid oval supply duct from AHU31. Section shall include duct between AHU and below roof structure into room A852. New ductwork shall be fully insulated. Contractor shall coordinate with COR to allow the government to inspect the area under the AHU while the existing duct is removed.
