Ft.) 8033 Ray Mears Blvd. Knoxville, TN 37919 Hours: Monday-Saturday 0700 to 1730 Contract coverage expected Monday through Saturday 1st shift to consist of two staff from 0645 to 1530 with a 45-minute lunch, 2nd shift consists of 2 staff from 1515 -2330 with a 45-minute lunch. Onsite supervisor will be present 0745 to 1630 2. Annex I (7000 Sq. Ft.) 1557 Downtown West Blvd. Knoxville, TN 37919 Hours: Monday-Friday 0745-1630 Contract Coverage will cover Annex 1 and 2, one staff person expected Monday through Friday from 1000 to 1845 with a 45-minute lunch 3. Annex II (9600 Sq.
