The Memphis VA Medical Center has a requirement for hospital construction services for a contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and expert supervision for Project# 614-18-115, to Renovate Operating Rooms in accordance with the Statement of Work, project specifications and drawings. This project will completely demolish the operating rooms and construct modern operating rooms that comply with the current design standards for layout, mechanical, electrical and power. One of the rooms will be a robotics operating room. Additionally, approximately 12,560 gross square feet of other parts of the operating room suite will be refreshed with finishes and re-lamping of lighting fixtures. Existing welded sheet vinyl flooring will also be replaced with resinous epoxy-based mortar flooring.
