This post has been updated with the Wage Determination included as an attachment Amendment 0003 incorporated answers to all RFIs, adds the specification attachment, and states 36C24921R0084_1 is the solicitation document. Amendment 0002 incorporates the following changes, and replaces the original solicitation in it's entirety: adds S02-Price Schedule attachment, removes Past Performance Questionnaire attachment and requirement, adds due date/time for RFIs, changes the POC to Matt Durbin, removes fire alarm verbiage from Factor 3, adds requirement that only emailed proposals will be accepted, adds requirement for hard copy bid bonds, and removes the provision that facsimile proposals will be accepted. Amendment 0001 changes the site visit time to 1:00 PM ET, includes the construction magnitude, and extends the proposal due date to June 1 at 12:00 PM ET. The contractor shall furnish all material, equipment and labor necessary to install the new 1150 KVA transformer with pad and barrier walls, and upgrade the 480V electrical system per specifications and drawings. It is the intent of these drawings and specification to install a new outdoor 480V transformer to feed the 480V switchgear in sub-basement 1, to correct wiring deficiencies for CAT Scan rooms, and to move the electrical feeds for several air handlers and their associated chilled water pumps and controls to emergency power circuits.
