The addition will be to the A-wing north and east of the building on the 1st and 2nd floors. Grade level is at the 2nd floor. Work includes new chiller and cooling tower, delivery of new heating, ventilation, air-condtioning (HVAC), and electrical utilties via pipe basementm, and asbestos/lead-based abatement.
