The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.   NAICS code: 515210 and size standard is $41.5M.  NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.sam.gov.  Project requirements: The contractor is required to supply all labor and expert supervision required to maintain the outside areas as specified in the Statement of Work. Work shall be accomplished at the VA Medical Center, Bowling Campus at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502 and Sousley Campus at 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511.  STATEMENT OF WORK PART A GENERAL INFORMATION A.1 INTRODUCTION This requirement is for Cable Television service for the Bowling Campus at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502 and Sousley Campus at 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511. A.2 BACKGROUND All cabling and associated equipment was installed on a previous date. A.3 SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and material to provide cable television service. STATEMENT OF WORK PART B WORK REQUIREMENTS B.1 Vendor to provide cable television service plus Channel Insertion for the VA Medical Center, Bowling Campus, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from 10-1-21 through 9-30-22. Vendor to provide cable television service plus Channel Insertion for the VA Medical Center, Sousley Campus, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from 10-1-21 through 9-30-22. B. 2 Additional tasks: All work must be completed in accordance with local, State and Federal regulations.
