NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue sole-source firm-fixed priced award contract, to RADformation 335 Madison Ave 16th Floor, New York, NY 10017. A sole source procurement will be issued to RADformation because they are the exclusive ClearCheck and ClearCalc Software License Vendor. This software is the only available from this vendor and RADformation-trained service professionals are the only technicians authorized to maintain, calibrate, and repair the software. ITEM NO. DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT OR STOCK NO. SERVICE: 1 ClearCheck Software License 1 JB 2 CLearCalc Software License 1 JB This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS code is 541511 and has a size standard of $30 Million for this procurement. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
