This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 561720 and size standard is $19.5M. NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: The contractor is required to supply all labor and expert supervision required to maintain the outside areas as specified in the Statement of Work. Work shall be accomplished at the VA Medical Center, 800 Zorn Ave., Louisville, KY 40206-1499. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, material, incidentals, and expert supervision needed to: mow 32-acre lot at Brownsboro Rd. and 264, a minimum of 2 times and a maximum of 4 times, upon request of the Robley Rex VAMC COR. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, material, incidentals, and expert supervision needed to trim grass and other vegetation along the fence line and objects within the property a minimum of 2 times and a maximum of 4 times, upon request. The fence line is approximately 3,500 linear feet. All work associated with this contract will occur upon request of the COR between the execution date of this contract and December 3, 2021. The intent of this contract is to maintain the grass and other vegetation to a desired height range of 7 to 12 inches. The contractor shall perform the requested work within 5 business days of being notified by the government to proceed.
