This a new requirement for Forensic Police Officer Evaluations, under NAICS 621112 noted above. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The Forensic Evaluation Team at Vanderbilt within the Department of Psychiatry will complete all Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Police pre-employment, annual and fitness for duty evaluations. This will allow TVHS to be in compliance with VHA Directive 7030 which sets requirements for Police Evaluations within the VA. Contractor shall have a regular psychiatry practice with a pool of available staff sufficient to meet contract requirements. The work for this requirement will be performed at the Contractor's site. Contractor s site shall be located within the Nashville, TN commuting area, including Murfreesboro, TN. The estimated annual volume of these evaluations: Pre-employment Psychological Evaluations: 5-8 Periodic/Annual Evaluations: 73 Directed or Special Examination/Fitness for Duty: < 1 Each type of examination has specific requirements outlined in VHA Directive 0730. This announcement is not a formal solicitation and is not a request for proposal. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made of any costs to provide information in response to this announcement or any follow up information requests. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced under a separate announcement.
