This notice is to provide questions and answers to solicitation 36C24921Q0340: Question #1) The dimensions do not look correct. The booth dimensions are larger than the actual pit the two booths add up to just under 44ft to fit in a pit of 41 7 . Doesn t seem like it s going to work: -Old outside dimensions: 21'-10" wide by 10'-4" deep by 8'-7" high (top of roof aprons) Answer # 1) New outside dimensions: 20 2 wide by 10 4 deep by 8'-7" high (top of roof aprons) Question #2) Must fit in pit dimensions (for 2 booths): 41'-7" wide by 10'-11" deep by 4-3/4 high (recessed) Answer #2) This is correct Question #3) Is there a loading dock at the installation site? Answer #3) No there is a ramp that enters into the floor where booths go. Question #4) Is/are the clinic/audiobooths being installed on the groud floor? Answer #4) Installed on the first floor, there is an entrance ramp to this floor. Question #5) Exact new dimension you require (30 smaller in what width, length, height) Answer #5) This 30 smaller demension is no longer needed utilities have been relocated. The only change is the Exhaust and supply silencers located on the top of the booths must be within 8 6 from the front of the booths. Question #6) Where is the sewer drain located? Answer #6) No longer applicable cleanouts are now located on the ground floor. Question #7) Any special cuts for the sewer cleanout (one corner of one booth?) Answer #7) No Question #8) Anything additional information? The booth door must be 44 wide.
