The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9, on behalf of Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 9 Health Care System, is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a firm-fixed priced contract for Endosoft Endoscopy Reporting Software Support Services. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 511210. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals or quotes; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. 1. Box 4000, Mt. Home, TN 37684 Nashville, TN 1310 24th Avenue, South, Nashville, TN 37212 2. Estimated Delivery: Base period + (4) one-year option renewals 3. Please provide the following information: Organization name, address, point of contact, email address, Web site address, and telephone number. b. Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. 4. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide the following/description/ specifications/ statement of work: The support agreement for the EndoSoft Endoscopy Reporting software shall cover the following items: All upgrades for the EndoSoft system as they become available. All inline update releases as they become available. Patch notifications via email upon availability. Incident Response (High, Medium & Low) Technical support services, to include remote support, will be available 24/7, 365 days a year. Onsite training Annual maintenance A copy of an authorized distributor letter verifying authorized distributor of the products/service they are providing. 5. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to: Provide supplies/services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. Secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources required to successfully perform similar requirements. Implement a successful plan that includes compliance with program schedules; cost containment; meeting and tracking performance. Provide supplies or services under a firm-fixed price contract.
