PURPOSE: This notice is purely to find capable contractors who can meet this requirement and assess whether a set-aside is warranted and the type of set-aside, if warranted. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Government is looking for other sources of products that work similar to Biomerieux s BacT/Alert 3D Combination and Incubation modules. See attached brochure. Please provide: (1) Brochure of make and model that is comparable to Biomerieux product (2) Warranty Info (3) Delivery Details Government wants to know the standard delivery time for a product like this. (4) Product s place of manufacture (5) Authorized Distributor Letter, if not the manufacturer (6) DUNS (7) Answer the following questions: What is your business classification? (e.g. large, small, woman-owned, etc.) Do you primarily engage in the retail or wholesale trade, normally selling the type of item sought it in this requirement? Do you take ownership or possession of those normally procured items through your personnel, equipment, or facilities until you sell or deliver them? Do you keep any of this product in-stock? Have you ever kept any of this product in-stock? Do you currently have the quantity for this requirement in your inventory? Do you offer all the products and services under existing Federal Government contracting vehicles? a. if yes, please provide the contract number/identifier. b. list the contract line items (CLINs) or schedule items (SINs) that would most match the products and services in the Requirement paragraph below.
