This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 36C24921Q0190 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This solicitation intends to award a contract through full and open competition after exclusions under a SB set aside to a business associated with NAICS[i] Code 339113 with a size standard of 700 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to make a procurement for an Angiographic Dye Injector system for the VA TVHS Nashville VA Medical Center, Nashville, TN. It uses a strong magnetic field and radio waves to create pictures, on a computer, of tissues, organs and other structures. The dye injector is used by radiologists, cardiologist and other clinicians. This requirement is for the Nashville VA Medical Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.
