The Memphis VA Medical Center located in Memphis, Tennessee requires a healthcare construction contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and expert supervision needed to correct plumbing, piping, and replace fixtures in three campus facilities per the project statement of work, specifications, and drawings. This is anticipated to be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB)s. NAICS Code 236220 applies to this procurement action. The small business size standard is $36.5M. The product service code (PSC) is Y1DA. The estimated range of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The VA is seeking SDVOSB contractors with healthcare construction experience, and with past performance project magnitudes of $5,000,000.00 or more in alteration, repair, and/or renovation of similarly completed projects over the past 5 years as of the date of this posting. Also must have experience with coordination of multiple trades working in a hospital environment during normal business operations and hours. Interested parties should submit a statement of capability listing experience in construction, renovation, or addition of projects at or above the magnitudes as described above. Statements of capability should accompany information on bonding capacity. This is not a formal request for proposal.
