The estimated range of construction is more than $10,000,000.00. Seeking experience contractors in healthcare construction, with past performance project magnitudes of $6,000,000.00 and greater in new construction. $3,000,000.00 and upwards in alteration, repair, and/or renovation of completed projects over the past 5 years. Experience with coordination of multiple trades working in a hospital environment during normal business operations. Care must be taken to ensure ICRA measures are continually in place.
