This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 611430 NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: To provide training in accordance with the (draft) Statement of Work for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Lexington, KY 40502. The contractor shall maintain qualified personnel, supervision, and equipment to accomplish work on schedule, and to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer, as specified under this contract. Employees and supervisors shall be capable and experienced as specified in the contract. The servicing contractor shall be certified by the State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insured as an Alarm Systems Contractor. Additionally, all service personnel of the contractor must have been certified as an Alarm System Technician under the State of Tennessee License. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work. Anticipated period of performance: 21 December 2020 through 1 October 2021. Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide a product and related services; (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, etc,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
