The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 9, hereby provides notice of sole source award of a firm-fixed-price contract, for a performance period of November 01,2020 through October 31, 2021, no option periods evaluated, to Navigator International LLC, 301 Franklin St. SE, Huntsville AL 35801. The emergency acquisition of COVID Emergency Shuttle Drivers Service in support of the response to the COVID-19 epidemic. IAW President Donald J. Trump's Emergency Declaration of 13 March 2020 issued under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (41 U.S.C 5121, et seq.) this acquisition will utilize the flexibilities found in the FAR and enacted by the aforementioned declaration.
