Minor Project 614-321 The Memphis Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Memphis, TN has a requirement for construction services to support minor project number #614-321, Construct Building 7 Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)/D Outpatient Addition-North. The existing SCI/D facility was originally opened in 1986 and is outdated as it doesn’t provide the appropriate accommodations to meet the special needs of SCI/D patients. This project is the first in a series of new construction and renovation projects planned to completely re-envision the SCI/D building. The starting point with this first project focuses on creating the space necessary to relocate the SCI/D functions so that more swing space is made available in the building.
