This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated with this request for capability information. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease sufficient Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of existing real property to yield up to approximately 15,000 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) of contiguous climate-controlled warehouse space in Louisville, KY. The space must be existing space located on no more than one (1) floor. Space must be handicap accessible with twelve (12) on-site parking spaces and up to two (2) loading docks. Offered space must comply with all Government requirements for fire safety, seismic and sustainability standards, and ADA code requirements per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease term up to fifteen (15) years will be considered. Delineated Area: Space must be located within or fronting the following boundaries: *Bounded in the northwest by interstate 65 and the Ohio river *Bounded in the southwest by interstate 65 and interstate 265 *Bounded in the northeast by interstate 265 and the Ohio River *Bounded in the southeast by interstate 265 and interstate 64. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Lease Contracting Officer via email by 3:00 pm Central Time, September 9, 2021 and must include the following information: 1. Building name, address and location of the available space 2. Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) along with the conversion rate 3. Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property 4.
