The Tennessee Valley Healthcare System in Nashville, TN has a requirement for a contractor experienced in healthcare construction to provide construction services for Project 626-18-203, Upgrade Electrical Paralleling System in accordance with the Statement of Work, Project Specifications, and Drawings. The work includes general hospital construction, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, low voltage controls, programming, infection control measures in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings. This amendment is to change this requirement from Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Trade Off Process. The evaluation factors and sub-factors under consideration for this requirement will be available upon the solicitation release.
