The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System Medical Center is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work (SOW) below Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NAICS code: 511210 and sized standard is $41.5 Million NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry www.vetbiz.gov. Project requirements: This contract covers telephone support and software maintenance for the period of April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2025. It does not cover on-site visits of the Contractor for emergency repairs. The contractor will make remote diagnostic and corrective procedures using a VPN account to connect to the BioPoint System at the Nashville and Murfreesboro campuses. The telephone support and software maintenance cover all critical & non-critical incidents including virus problems. This telephone support may include remedial instruction on basic system usage, assistance with the performance of routine system procedures as described in the user documentation; assistance with the application of software patches, maintenance releases and upgrades; consultation of proposed workflow and system configuration changes, system and application performance tuning, system and application configuration, and changes to group configuration files. Anticipated period of performance: 4/01/2020 thru 3/31/2025.
